Smyth & Associates Welcome

To all of our valued clients we are pleased to announce the merger of Smyth and Associates with Allen Civil Process. Bertie and I have been friends and associates in the Process Serving field for many years. We came to the conclusion that in this very unstable economy, that we could maintain the high quality of service for our clients, by joining resources and eliminating the duplication of expenses.
