Non-Serve Vacant

  • How you determined it was vacant:
    Examples: Was Water Off, Was Power Off, Is grass/lawn overgrown, No furniture inside
  • If informed by someone you must provide as much information as possible.
    Who they are -
    Their Name -
    Phone Number -
    Do they know if subject ever resided there
    Do they know where subject moved to
    Do they know how to get in touch with the subject
  • If the individual refused to provide information you must indicate refused to any or all the questions asked
  • If they refused their name - provide a description of the person to whom you were talking

Non-Serve Unoccupied

  • How did you determine property was unoccupied
  • If you were informed by someone you must provide as much information as possible:
    Who they are -
    Their Name -
    Phone Number -
    Do they know if subject ever resided there
    Do they know where subject moved to
    Do they know how to get in touch with the subject
  • If the individual refused to provide information you must indicate refused to any or all the questions asked
  • If they refused their name - provide a description of the person to whom you were talking

Non-Serve Does Not Reside Here

  • If you were informed by someone you must provide as much information as possible:

Apartment Complex

  • Is there a management office on the premises, contact the office and try to verify
  • Ask for a forwarding address or if they know how to contact the subject
  • If the management office refuses to provide any information please state this on attempt
